Q1: Why there are multiple product links for same‑style T‑shirts?
A: We set separate links for tier‑volume wholesale price. Each link corresponds to fixed quantity‑range and unit price. Please place order on the link matching your purchase quantity. Orders failing to meet MOQ for that link will not be shipped, and you will get notification by email or phone.
Q2: Are displayed product prices including shipping cost?
A: No. Product price excludes freight. After submitting your order, we calculate actual shipping cost according to quantity, weight and destination, contact you within 24 hours. Goods will only dispatch after you complete shipping‑fee payment.
Q3: Do you support custom‑logo / OEM printing?
A: Yes, custom‑printing & branding service is available for bulk wholesale orders. Please email us your artwork requirement and order quantity for quotation.
Q4: How long for order processing & delivery?
A: Order processing takes 1‑5 business days. For United States destinations, estimated transit is 7‑12 business‑days after dispatch. International delivery time depends on destination and customs clearance progress.
Q5: How can I apply return or refund? Where is return‑shipping address?
A: We do not show public return‑address online. You need to send a request‑ticket via email within 15 days after receiving goods. After RMA approval we send you valid return‑address and instructions. Buyer is responsible for return‑shipping fees. Goods sent without authorized RMA cannot be processed for return.
Q6: Is member‑account registration charged?
A: Member registration is 100% free, no monthly or annual membership fee. Our settlement currency is USD (US Dollar).
Q7: Can I cancel my wholesale order?
A: You may contact support to apply cancellation before goods are dispatched. Once order enters packing & shipping process, cancellation may not be supported.
