Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1‑5 business days after order confirmation and full payment, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that our tier‑priced wholesale links have Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ) requirements. Orders failing to meet MOQ will not be shipped and you will be notified via email or phone.

Delivery Time & Regions

• United States: Estimated delivery: 7‑12 business days after dispatch.
• Global International Orders: We support worldwide shipping. Transit time varies greatly depending on destination country, customs clearance and local logistics. Customs duties, import taxes and local fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Fee Standard

Product unit prices displayed on our website do not include shipping costs. Actual shipping cost will be calculated according to total order quantity, weight, volume and destination country. After you place an order, we will confirm total shipping fees and contact you within 24 hours. Goods will only be dispatched after shipping‑fee payment is completed.
